Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern the provision of dog walking services provided by Woofwolds Ltd (trading as Woofwolds) and any urgent veterinary care relating to the dog during our care (see section 8 relating to Emergency care and veterinary waiver).
Please read the following important terms and conditions before making any bespoke online bookings for dog walks or any other such services provided by Woofwolds from time to time, which may be further described in these Terms (as defined below) or provided by or offered to Woofwolds customers either online or otherwise from time to time (the Services) on our website (https://www.woofwolds.com) (the Website). If you (the Customer) complete an online booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms).

Terms
Please note that you must agree to these Terms before you place any online booking via our Website. These Terms only apply if you are a consumer. For the purposes of these terms, you are a ‘consumer’ if you are buying services from our Website as an individual for purposes wholly or mainly outside of your trade, business, craft or profession.
Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ in these terms is to Woofwolds, and any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ is to the person or Customer placing an order on our Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to place an order on our Website.
Woofwolds may make changes to these Terms at any time. However, the Terms which apply to your order will be those in force at the time you submitted your online booking to us.
Please print out or save a copy of these Terms and any emails from us for your records, as we will not save or file a copy for you. These Terms are only available in English.
Your use of our Website is governed by our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Placing an online booking and acceptance of these Terms
Placing your order. Please follow the onscreen booking prompts on the Website (www.woofwolds.com) to place an online booking. Each booking made is an offer by you to subscribe to Woofwolds Services (as described in section 5) and agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not complete a booking online via our Website.
Acknowledging receipt of your booking. After you place a booking, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it, but please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your booking will take place as described in 4.3 below.
Accepting your order. We will confirm our acceptance of the booking (as set out in clause 3.1) to you by sending you an email that confirms that the booking has been made (“Booking Confirmation”). The contract between you and Woofwolds will only be formed once we send you the Booking Confirmation email. A contract will have been made on the date of acceptance, incorporating these Terms.
Cancellation. Any booking may be cancelled at any time by the Customer by providing Woofwolds at least 24 hours’ notice in advance of the pre-booked session directly by using the cancellation link within the Booking Confirmation. The Customer shall be fully refunded via Stripe within seven (7) business days of such cancellation. Any late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the pre-booked session will be charged in full (100%).
The Services
Service Details. Woofwolds offers bespoke dog walking sessions to be booked via our Website. Each Service session is a minimum three (3) hours from pick-up to drop-off at agreed and selected locations. Each session includes the safe and secure transportation of the dog to and from a fully licensed dog walking field. The dogs will engage in supervised exercise and play in a safe, enclosed environment. The dogs will engage in group activities with other dogs unless otherwise agreed. Prior to any pre-booked session, all dogs must wear a quick release collar and an identification tag and for the session, including the Customer’s name and address in accordance with applicable UK laws. If the Customer is unable to provide a quick release collar, Woofwolds is able to loan a collar for the session at no additional cost.
Payment terms. We require (100%) advance payment for the session (inclusive of VAT) via our Website Stripe payment platform at the time of the online booking. If the booking is cancelled by the Customer with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to a pre-booked session served by the Customer in writing on Woofwolds, then the Customer shall be fully refunded via Stripe within seven (7) business days of such cancellation. If the payment is unsuccessful, we will try to contact you using the contact details you provided when you placed your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order and notify you by email.
Health and vaccinations. The Customer understands and agrees that Wolfwolds only accept dogs that are reasonably fit and healthy. Such determination of health and fitness shall be subject to Woofwolds’ Assessment of the dog. Woofwolds reserves the right to refuse the provision of its Services to any dog at its full discretion and for any reason whatsoever, whether or not such reason is related to the state, health or fitness of the dog. All dogs must be fully vaccinated prior to making any bookings, including the following mandatory vaccines: (i) rabies; (ii) canine distemper virus (CDV); (iii) canine hepatitis (iv) canine parvo-virus (CPV), canine Adenovirus (CAV). The Customer agrees to notify Woofwolds if the dog has been vacinated within 24-48 hours prior to a session. The Customer’s dog must have had flea, tick or worm treatment within the last 3 months prior to booking. [An additional charge may apply and your dog is sent home until fit to return, without a refund, if your dog is found to have fleas, ticks or parasites.] The Customer must fully disclose any and all health conditions and behaviour issues that may affect the dog’s behaviour and participation in any provision of the Services.
Dangerous Dogs: Woofwolds are unable to accept any aggressive, unsocial or dangerous dogs as defined under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, including (but not limited to): pit bulls, Japanese tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and XL Bully and any inbreeds of these dogs. Woofwolds reserves the right to refuse any dog at any time if such dog intentionally or maliciously attempts to injure a member of staff, a member of the public or another dog and will not be permitted to continue with any pre-booked session. In such circumstances, the Customer will still be required to pay the fees with no refund.
Transportation/ Pick-up. The Customer will ensure the dog is ready for pick-up at the agreed time and location (the Premises) and any such delays may incur additional fees. Woofwolds waiting pick-up time at the Premises shall not exceed 15 minutes, thereafter the Woofwolds staff are free to depart and the customer will still be charged for the full session. Late pick-up’s later than 15 minutes after shall be charged at a rate of GBP 20 per 10-minute delay. If at any time, the Customer has been late for more than 4 pick-ups, Woofwolds reserve the right to refuse any future bookings and/or the provision of any of its Services. To ensure safety for all, the dog must be on a non-retractable leash at all times during pick-ups and drop-offs.
Weather conditions. Woofwolds will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk, if necessary, because of extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat, thunderstorms) for the safety of both the dogs and the Woofwolds staff. In the event of hot weather, under no circumstances will dogs be walked in temperatures above 28°C to ensure safety and protection against heat.In the case of a session being cancelled by Woofwolds for an event beyond Woofwolds’ control, Woofwolds will either: (i) provide the Customer 100% refund; or (ii) assist the Customer by booking the next available session at no additional cost.
Liability and Waiver. The Customer understands that while all reasonable precautions will be taken, there are inherent risks involved in dog walking and socialisation. The Customer accepts full responsibility for any injury, illness, or behavioural incident involving its dog during or after the Service session. By accepting these Terms, the Customer expressly waives, releases and relinquishes any and all claims and liability against Woofwolds, its employees and representatives, except those arising from gross negligence on the part of Woofwolds. The Customer understands that failure to disclose any behavioural issues that are likely to cause risk of physical injury to Woofwolds, its staff, a member of the public or other dogs in their care will result in any arrangements being terminated with immediate effect without a refund. Further, the Customer fully agrees to, and understands, all terms and conditions, polices, payments and fees as stated on the Website. The Customer agrees Woofwolds shall not be liable for consequential damages or damages, and its liability shall not exceed the one-time session fee (100%). Nothing in these Terms is intended to or will exclude or limit Woofwolds liability for death or personal injury caused by Woofwolds gross negligence (including that of its employees) or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If any medical problems develop while your dog is in the care of Woofwolds and Woofwolds is unable to contact the Customer for any reason, the Customer shall authorise Woofwolds to do whatever they deem necessary for the safety, health and well-being of their dog, including urgent Medivet care and agrees to fully reimburse Woofwolds for any and all related expenses incurred.
Insurance and indemnity. Woofwolds shall maintain, at all times, appropriate insurance and public liability insurance as required under applicable UK laws. The Customer shall indemnify Woofwolds who shall be held harmless in the following circumstances, unless Woofwolds can be shown to be grossly negligent: (i) In the event that a Customer's dog causes harm to a person or another animal, or damages property; (ii) If a Customer's dog is injured or involved in, or causes an accident; (iii) If a Customer's dog causes a third party to claim for damages from Woofwolds by way of injury to a person or an animal, or damage to property. In such cases, the Customer will indemnify Woofwolds against such claims in full and release Woofwolds from any liability whatsoever and shall liaise directly with the claiming third party. Where negligence is proven by the Customer, then the Customer shall reimburse Woofwolds in full for any claims made or settled under Woofwolds business insurance policies as a result of the Customer’s negligence. The Customer agrees that it shall not, without the prior written consent of Woofwolds, include Woofwolds as a party to any claim or take any action against Woofwolds to settle any third-party claim, demand or lawsuit arising out of the Customer’s negligence.
Emergency Care and veterinary waiver. Emergency Care and veterinary waiver. In the event of an emergency, the Customer authorises Woofwolds to seek any urgent veterinary attention from qualified nearest vet or Medivet for its dog. The Customer agrees to cover any resulting veterinary expenses for any emergency or urgent care. If a dog is taken sick or injured during the period of the Service, Woofwolds shall notify the Customer as quickly as is reasonably practical using all reasonable methods of communication available to both parties, to request guidance. In the event that Woofwolds is unable to contact the Customer or the Customer’s Emergency Contact, Woofwolds shall take the dog to the nearest vet or medivet practice on behalf of the Customer and make the best possible medical decisions for the dog with the recommendation and support of the relevant veterinary professional. Any emergency veterinary bills covered or paid by Woofwolds to the relevant veterinary practice shall be directly reimbursed by the Customer. Woofwolds shall use its best efforts to use the dog’s normal veterinary practice wherever possible. The Customer authorises Woofwolds to appoint an alternative veterinary practice to examine the dog and carry out such treatment or surgery as may be appropriate if the dog’s normal veterinary practice is not available, or the geographic location and severity of the injury predicates that the nearest veterinary practice must be used. By accepting these Terms, the Customer gives Woofwolds the authority to discuss a dog’s health and treatment with a veterinary professional in accordance with Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (and subsequent revisions of the legislation). The Customer also gives Woofwolds permission to present and share these Terms with the relevant veterinary practice where it is necessary under GDPR to manage the dog’s care.
Faulty services (consumers). Woofwolds must provide the Services to you with reasonable care and skill. We are under a legal duty to supply services that are in conformity with our contract with you. If a Service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you can ask us to repeat such Service or to fix it, or request a full or partial refund if we cannot fix it, such refund shall not be unreasonably withheld. This is a summary of some of your key rights. For more detailed information on your rights, visit the Citizens Advice website at www.citizensadvice.org.uk or call 0808 223 1133. If there is a problem with a service we have provided to you, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Events beyond our control. Woofwolds are not liable to you if we fail to comply with these terms because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Data Protection. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy available here which explains what information we collect and hold about you, and how we collect, store, use and share such information.
No third-party rights. No one other than us or you has any right to enforce any of these Terms, including any third parties.

Governing law and jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
General terms. You are not allowed to transfer and/or assign your rights under these terms to anyone without our prior written consent. We may transfer and/or assign our rights under these Terms to another business without your consent, but we will notify you of the transfer and/or assignment and make sure that your rights are not adversely affected as a result. If any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of any other provision of these Terns will not be affected. If you breach these Terms and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms.
